Developed on the Content Management System Drupal 7, the forum, e-commerce, and blog are the core of the website. In addition to the credit selection for LEED certifications, the forum is the essential feature of the website. My role involved updates for the current website and the development of the front-end for the upcoming one. Updates may include creating promotional graphic assets such as webinars, recreating or editing the structure of existing templates, and updating content on Drupal. Updates for the front-end structure for the new website required editing PHP templates in HTML, SCSS, Javascript and frameworks such as BootStrap.
websiteSimilarly to the BuildingGreen website, all the structure for the new website has been completely recreated from scratch coding new templates in HTML 5, SCSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and customizing other plugins. Some components, such as the user profile, are part of a shared theme with the main BuildingGreen website. The new twig templates have been integrated with the Drupal 9 CMS. My role has been concentrated on recreating the structure in line with the design created and being sure of the compatibility with different browsers and screen sizes. The customization is a crucial part of the entire project, focused on enhancing the mobile usability compared to the previous version.
